Can I make bulk orders? - Please contact us at email@example.com Thanks!
Do I need a PayPal account to Check Out? - No, click the "Don't have a PayPal Account?" text and fill in your CC info, name abd address, etc. Like any other online transaction.
Can I order with my PayPal account? - Yes, Just click the buy it button and log into PayPal to complete an order.
What forms of payment do you accept? - Currently you may pay online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also log into your PayPal account and complete the transaction that way.
What is your refund policy? - If you have a problem with your DVD please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I ship this as a gift? - To ship a DVD to a different address than the one entered with the CC info do the following:
Credit Card orders (no PayPal account): Enter YOUR address on the first PayPal page with your other CC info. After clicking continue you will be brought to
a page that among other info shows shipping address. Click the "Change Shipping Address" link to enter alternate shipping information.
PayPal Account Orders - After logging into Paypal to make your payment you will be on the same screen as above where you may change
What countries do you ship to? - Unfortunately, at this time we are only accepting domestic orders. Please contact us with questions about international orders at email@example.com
How long until I get my DVD? - currently we anticipate a 2 to 3 week timeframe for shipping once an order has been placed.
Do you offer a gift wrap option? - Not at this time.
How do I track my order? - currently we do not offer order tracking.
My DVD arrived damaged or will not play. What do I do? - If you have a problem with your DVD please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
